For returns, please ensure the product meets our return requirements before requesting a return.

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and meets our return conditions.

Customers must contact us before sending any item back if:

• The wrong item was received.
• The item arrived damaged or the packaging was damaged.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The order exceeded the stated delivery time.
• The courier does not allow the package to be inspected before payment.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.

Please pack the item securely in a carton box or suitable protective packaging to prevent damage during return transit. Where possible, you may reuse the original packaging in which your order was delivered.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
